Kathryn Schrock

GOSHEN -- Kathryn M. Schrock, 85, died at 9:45 a.m. Friday, April 18, 2008, in the Gables at Greencroft. She was born April 6, 1923, in Elkhart to Roscoe and Clara (Hartman) Wise. She married Ralph L. Schrock on December 2, 1945, in Elkhart. He died April 12, 2005. Mrs. Schrock is survived by two daughters, Lonna (Alan) Overholser of Goshen and Deborah (Craig) West of Clermont, Fla.; four grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one sister, Julia Wise.

Viewing was Thursday, April 24, 2008, at Yoder-Culp Funeral Home, 1911 S. Main St., Goshen. The funeral service was at 10 a.m. Friday, April 25, 2008, at Creekside Church of the Brethren. Pastor David Bibbee officiated. Burial was in Prairie Street Cemetery, Elkhart.

Mrs. Schrock was a secretary for U-Rent-It until she retired. She was a member of Creekside Church of the Brethren.
