Prayer Requests

Do not worry about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Requesting Prayer

Please feel free to request prayer from the Creekside Prayer Team using the form below. When you submit a prayer request your concern will be forwarded to the Creekside Prayer Team who will offer prayers to God on your behalf. Your request will be kept confidential within the team.

Creekside members: Prayer requests intended for the entire Creekside congregation should be shared with the church office or in Sunday morning worship.

Entering your name and a valid email address is required to ensure the email is not blocked by internet filters. Name and email address will not be forwarded to the Prayer Team if you check the "Do not share" boxes.
