Cancellation Procedure

In the event
of bad weather on Sunday morning the following Service Cancellation
Procedure will be followed:
1. The decision
to cancel services will be made by the Church Board Chair and the
Pastor.
2. The decision
will be made by 6:00 a.m.
3. Notification
will be made via:

form and return it to the church office no later than December 2, 2011. An annual sign-up will be required in October every
year. You must sign up every year to remain on the calling list.
In the event we are unable to reach you or a voice message system
on the first call, a second and last attempt will be made.
